Refund Policy

1. Return window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Customers in the EU also benefit from the legal 14-day right of withdrawal; our 30-day window covers and extends it.

2. Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear (if the hygiene liner is removed) and earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.

3. How to return

Email [contact@lekoindulux.com] with your order number and the items you want to return. We'll send you the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

4. Return shipping costs
